What you’ll get out of it

These weekends are designed to provide a safe and nurturing space for you to get the most healing and transformation in the available time.

Heal past wounds and nurture self-compassion, fostering a deeper sense of inner peace and self acceptance.

Specifically, you will:

  • Start to release and heal past hurt, including intergenerational patterns, getting in your way
  • Understand yourself and your unconscious patterns; feel deeper compassion for yourself and how you got here
  • Understand how your family history has impacted you
  • The power of a small group to understand you’re not the only one who feels this way; a safe space to share and be supported; being able to learn from each other
  • Maximum of 6 participants to ensure a safe and supportive environment. This allows you to get individual attention and the most out of the weekend

What we’ll do

This won’t be a “lecture” or a whole lot of theory, instead we will be:

  • Releasing intergenerational pain: Discover and let go of generational trauma creating patterns getting in the way of having what you want
  • Stepping into Personal Power Ceremony
  • Interactive Sessions: Dive deep into healing past wounds, understanding fears, unlocking what’s getting in your way of a connection with your true self, and building trust

What others have said before and after the workshop

Before coming to the workshop, participants often worry that they will be judged during the workshop.

One of the most consistent comments from our participants is how safe, seen, heard and supported they feel.

One of our past participants shared that she came in intending to “not reveal too much” and that she would “hold stuff back“, but found that because the space provided was so safe and supportive, she felt safe enough to “share more than she ever thought she would“, and that she “felt so safe and supported“. And she is definitely not the only one.

Contrary to what people may think, your unconscious mind knows exactly what is best for you, and will only bring up what you are ready to face. If it’s coming up, it means you are ready.

One past participant said, “The big feelings in your chest will be explored in your own time and in your own way. All in [a] loving supportive environment.”

Working in a group will be too overwhelming

Our past participants have found that the group environment helps them see and realise that they are not the only ones feeling what they feel. The group energy also helps you go deeper than you would individually – there are more people to hold the energetic space and allow things to process and move, amplifying the amount of healing and transformation available.

I’m embarrassed to share my problems with other people.

This is completely understandable. And, when we share our experiences, it gives other people permission to share their own experiences, and many of our participants have found they share common experiences with others there. While you may not have been through exactly the same experience as someone else, hearing other people’s stories and witnessing other people’s healing helps you heal too, and likewise, when other participants hear your story and witness your healing, it helps them heal too. The other benefit of sharing is that it helps to reduce shame as you come to realise that you are not alone.

As one participant said, “This two day retreat opened up to individuals the opportunity to come together and participate together, help each other, support each other, respect each other“.

It’s too expensive

Past participants have found that attending these weekends can help fast-track their healing journey; even if they continue to see their psychologist/coach/complementary health practitioner, they find attending these weekends helps move a lot of deep things in a much quicker amount of time, so they can go deeper and further with their other practitioners in a much shorter amount of time.

How will I be able to remember everything from the weekend so that it helps me moving forward?

This weekend isn’t coaching or psychology or counselling – we won’t be talking about strategies and actions to take or things you need to remember. This weekend is about deep inner healing work that changes you on a being level – so you don’t need to remember to do things differently, you just fundamentally are different.

I have been so fortunate to see and hear the incredible changes that past participants have experienced in their lives after coming to these workshops – starting beautiful, deeply connected relationships; feeling more comfortable and confident speaking their truth; being more able to connect with and trust other people; feeling more trusting and having a better relationship with themselves.

One of the most common things participants say, is that these workshops are “life changing”.

But, it is only because they had the courage to acknowledge, explore, feel and include their deep unhealed pain, that they were able to have the truly deep, truly lasting transformational changes they were wanting.

Your facilitator

Kim Tiong

Kim facilitates deeply transformative workshops, retreats and sessions for people in Australia and the USA. Kim’s work is often described as “life changing”. That’s because Kim has been through the journey of change herself. In Kim’s own words:

“I know what it’s like to feel there is something fundamentally wrong with you and that you don’t belong. I know what it’s like to feel deeply alone. I know what it’s like to feel deep self-loathing and the pain of not wanting to be here in life…

And I know what it’s like to go through the journey of change”.

Kim’s journey took her from Melbourne to Sydney to Bali and the USA. From NLP to Theta Healing to Timeline Therapy to coaching to Family Systemic Constellations, to Matrix Therapies and more. And while it didn’t happen overnight, through the work Kim was doing, little by little she felt and saw evidence of change – deeper more meaningful relationships with her parents, family and friends; feeling happier, freer and more naturally comfortable in who she is; and ultimately feeling she has found a deep, unshakable relationship with herself and her life.

Kim is passionate about helping others own the fullness of who they are – their divinely human animal self. Where all parts of themselves and their journey are acknowledged and included. And from there, stepping into their personal power – the place where they stop fighting life, start working with life, and life really starts to flow.
